SUPPLIES & TOOLS:  

• hoop earring
• Two 100% natural fiber long scarves
• rit dye any color
• Disposable plastic table cover
• scissors
• Plastic cups or resealable plastic bags
• Polyurethane spray sealer

DIRECTIONS: Work on a covered work space. 1. Wash scarves & leave damp. Crunch scarves into a random bundle; secure with rubber bands. 2. Mix dyes following package instructions. Colors can be Teal, Royal Blue, Fuchsia & Purple. 3. Apply dyes randomly to scrunched scarves & cover with plastic. Allow to set 6-8 hours. 4. Rinse scarves to remove excess dye. Wash & dry according to fabric requirements. 5. cut into strips length 4 cm and width1 cm total count 8. 6. Rinse under running water. Allow to dry completely. Spray with sealer. 7. String scarves strips as desired in single tie or bow Tie onto the hoop earring at center point . Wrap about 4 scarves strips around each  right and left  hoop earring pair.
